George Lopez ROCKS!!!

I recently started watching The George Lopez show it's one of the funniest sitcoms I've seen since Friends. None of my friends watch the show and I'm hoping this show keeps running it's awsome. George's mom is toally wacked which I can relate to, my mom's wacked too.

He can be funny onstage. But take his TV series, with its manufactured scripts, bland sets, and obviously fake canned laughtrack common to all sitcoms, and what do you get? Crap.

His on stage work is what got me liking him in the first place.... I seen why are you crying... and the part when he's talking about his uncle having a pain in his chest was so funny I was crying.

Not a fan of the tv show but their have been worst sitcoms. Plus the mom and daughter are really hot! He is much better doing standup, though IMO.

Other way around my friend... His onstage act gets real old real fast. Ok, we get it... Mexicans work at Jack in the Box.
At the start of the series, it showed a more or less realistic life of a Mexican-American father providing for his family... And sadly, it's not that far off from the "traditional" Mexican-American life style. But as the show progressed, it became a parody of itself.

OH God, ANYBODY is better than Carlos Mencia! At first, I found Carlos' joke to be funny... And then I realized that I had heard the jokes before... and then it came out that he was stealing his material like crazy.

His whole act is more insulting... And we get it, your not Mexican.

THere is a God, and he is merciful.

The show WWAASS good, but it had taken a dive in the last year. All the jokes were about Angie's body or Benny's age. For me, the breast implant episode drew the line.

My son watches it, and really enjoys the show. But he thought Epic Movie was hilarious too. :-)

I don't find him funny at all. His stand up comedy is basically just "I AM MEXICAN SO ITS FUNNY WHEN I POINT OUT MEXICAN STEREO TYPES", and I have seen approximately 2-3 episodes of his show and I couldn't figure out if it was supposed to be funny or not. I wasn't at all surprised when it was canceled.
