He nas written a series 10 episode, but not a sequel. http://www.cultbox.co.uk/news/headl...atiss-doctor-who-season-10?platform=hootsuite
Not much of a surprise given how poorly that episode was received. But I don't know. While I wasn't a big fan of the found footage aspect or the sleep-crust monsters, I thought the future world where the episode took place was interesting enough to warrant a re-visit. But it doesn't bother me that this isn't the path they're going. Hopefully we'll get more Ice Warriors.
I think the found-footage storytelling idea is a good one if done right. I enjoyed the directing of "Sleep No More" and seeing such a scenario set in Doctor Who, but the writing of the episode failed the concept.
Sleep No More wasn't great but I think I enjoyed it more than most people did. Not sure it really needed a sequel though.
