It's not even all the way filled in. Gary's passing was "sudden" according to his ex-wife - even the news people were taken by surprise.
Rest in Peace, Gary.
^ Yeah, his political beliefs were definitely messed up, but I always thought he was great as Soval. He brought a lot of gravitas to the character and it was obvious why they kept bringing him back to the show.

That’s a kind of dodgy site. What‘s with the weird placeholders in the text, for example: “Gary Graham was born on [Date, Year] in [Place of Birth].”
Oh man, that's really sad news. I really liked his performance as Soval in Enterprise, and was a big reason why I liked the Vulcans so much from that show. I also like his star trek song that is used on the Shuttlepod Show (and the story behind how he got the convention music gig!)

I have worked with Gary on a few projects over the years, such a great guy! I am in shock, i can not believe he is gone.
He was a good dude. I thought Soval was a great addition to Enterprise and a good foil for Archer, T'Pol and Shran. RIP.
Whatever the X factor is, Graham had it. Soval was a good character, excellently portrayed.

"Contributing" to the infamous Breibart raises some red flags, but like with Dwight Schultz going off the deep end in recent years, separate the art from the artist (and dying at 73, while no means young, seems disappointing these days).

This probably isn’t the thread for this but, you’re right, it is important to separate art from artist without getting all bent out of shape about it. It’s something we’ve lost, I think. I guess I wouldn’t see eye to eye on a few issues with Schultz by the sounds of it but, hypothetically, I should be able to sit and chat about things with him without getting angry. It’s a strange new world alright.
I just heard about this. I'll always remember his work as Soval, and I do recall catching him on Alien Nation back in the 90s when I was very young. Rest In Peace.
You're right, this is not the place to bash a dead man for his beliefs. Please go to TNZ or Misc for political opinionating, if you must.
Let's stick to celebrating Gary's accomplishments and talent and his contributions to sci-fi and Star Trek, and wish his family and his daughter peace and good memories.
