Garrett Wang & Ethan Phillips & Tim Russ - Of Gods and Men

I just started watching the "fan-made" feature "Of Gods and Men" which Tim Russ directed for the ST 40th Anniversary. It stars and features cameos from several ST actors including Russ (Tuvok), Wang (Harry Kim) and Phillips (Neelix). I was wondering what people thought of them.

Poor Garrett fits into the dark side universe very well with his now-sunken eyes and crazy hair. The poor boy really looks like post-VOY has not been good to him. Phillips I think did great in the tiny part he had.

I haven't got to Russ' part yet but I'm pretty excited.


PS. Wang and Phillips play characters that are not their parts from VOY while Russ plays Tuvok.

Considering Garrett Wang turns 40 in about 2 months, I would not categorize him as "boy" if I were you.

Yes, he was. Supposedly, it was their article on him that saved him from being written out of the show at the beginning of the fourth season, leading to Jennifer Lien getting the boot instead. No idea how much truth there is to that one, though.
