It would be a hell of an evolutionary jump, from squid face to hot girl.
It would - except that AIUI the House in which its set can cause illusions. But really I still think it's going to be.... who I said in the main thread about the episode, under three nested spoiler tags.
It's just an interesting thought that the callback to the Ood gives us some other interesting possibilities, such as Ood Sigma or even in some form the DoctorDonna
