Funniest moments in Star Trek?

In TSFS, I love the bit where the Klingon accidentally destroys Grissom, and then says "A lucky shot," just before being blasted by Kruge.

An oldie, but a goodie from TV is the bit in City on the Edge of Forever where Kirk is trying to explain Spock's ears to the cop in 1930's New York.

this is from memory so i could be off...

"Pardon me sir, you have a multi-legged creature on your shoulder."

Thinking of Voyager, I thought Bride of Chaotica (with Janeway as Queen of the Spider People) and Body and Soul from season 7 when the Jeri Ryan plays the Doctor were very funny.

The episode with the 'warp core breach a lot sooner than you think' is Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy... I think.

I really enjoyed Dax and Worf at the beginning of "Change of Heart." This part always cracks me up.

"Worf, you're practically easygoing. What's next? A sense of humor?"
"I have a sense of humor! On the Enterprise I was considered to be quite amusing."
"That must have been one dull ship."
"That is a joke. I get it... it is not funny, but I get it."

I love Nog's line in The Magnificent Ferengi: "You couldn't ambush a Bolian if he were blindfolded and tied to a tree!"

From Qpid(I think):

Worf: "Sir, I protest! I am not a merry man!"

Also, from TOS Trouble With Tribbles :

Kirk: "I was not aware that two Klingons constitutes a swarm."

Goron'agar (Hippocratic Oath) -just watched it!! :)
"I would like to have seen a group of humans try to control a control a Jem'Hadar child."

Jem'Hadar #2 "Your escape plan was flawed."
O'Brien "Obviously! I got caught!"

Moogie (Magnificent Ferengi)
"I think that uniform is too tight on you Nog, its cutting off circulation to your brain."

And when Rom tries to explain how women walk in Profit and Lace... Hah!

And the whole dialog between Jadzia and Vira'kara in To the Death... and the later discussion, especially Odo's "I envy them" but given what had just been said... hee hee...

As an aftermath of the passing of Majel Barrett, someone at the DS9 board posted up this lovely and funny exchange:

Odo: I don't eat! This is not a real mouth. It is an approximation of one. I do not have an esophagus, or a stomach, or a digestive system. I am not like you. Every sixteen hours, I turn into a liquid!
Lwaxana: I can swim.

Lwaxana, apparently, could've taught those Sex & the City girls a thing or two about intergalactic flirting.

The party in the Meeting room on DS9 in the episode "Fascination" with the late great Majel Roddenberry. Everyone is after everyone else, Jake is after Kira, Jadzia is after Benjamine, Bareil is after Jadzia, Quark is after Keiko, Kira is after Julian. This has always been one of my favorite "light" DS-9 episodes

I've got a couple:

"Mr Worf, I order you to relax"
"I AM relaxed!"

Either of two scenes between the EMH and EMH-2:
"Hand me the thrombic modulator... It's the cone shaped device. Hand it to me please! Medical science has made a few advances while you've been off in the... Delta Quadrant did you say? We don't use scalpels or LEECHES anymore"

"Stop breathing down my neck!"
"My breathing is merely a simulation."
"So's my neck, stop it anyway!"

And Seven versus Satan's Robot in the Captain Proton holonovel:
"Citizen of Earth, surrender! Do not resist"
"I am Borg" *opens up robot and yanks out a wire*
"Surreeennnndeeeerrrrrr"

(it's not supposed to be a comedy moment but "It's a FAAAAAKE" is quite high up the list too...)

One I almost forgot. A classic from TOS. Shore Leave. I don't remember the exact dialogue, but the whole Alice and WOnderland bit, and McCoy yelling "SULU!"

Kirk being unable to drive stick in A Piece of the Action and reversing out of shot.

So many Spock/McCoy and Data moments I can't keep track.

Oh, yeah. Scotty carrying up Peter Preston's bloody carcass in TWOK. Wait a minute. That's not funny. What was the word I was looking for? Oh, yeah, tragic.

I think in "A Piece of the action" (I'm not sure though) Kirk explaining how to play the card game to this poor guy in the warehouse. That's still funny today...

In ST4... The "Computer" scene. Hilarious !
