Fringe, well that was fun but final season was kind of balls.

OK that was great. That was great 5 seasons but the whole thing with the Observers doesn't hold up as far as I am concerned. They should have been just left as something mysterious an oddity we won't know much about and that would have been terrific instead they were made into the shows bad guys in the final half season of season 5 which I really think didn't hold up.

Their whole plan was balls too as far as I am concerned, travel back in time to present day Earth invade and hope for the best. Why because they frakked up future Earth so travel back in time pollute old earth and end up back where you started, brilliant plan. Go on yell at me for saying that but that's how I feel. I really do love the show but really season 5 is balls.

The problem with JJ Abrams shows was his love of "mystery boxes." Come up with something mysterious without having a real plan for paying it off. Then he had to pull something out of his butt to explain it, or just drop it. It lead to great frustration and eye rolling on our part. See also "Lost."

But Lost is perfect everyone loves that show, you can't pick on it or people look down on you.

Never watched that one.

Fringe isn't an Abrams show. He liked the concept so he put his name on it to help his friends get it made.

Fringe is a mixed bag for me. Seasons one and two are good. Season 3 is terrific and the it goes downhill until I was just begging for it to end.

Season five is effectively an epilogue. Don't like it? End on season four. Given that the future we see didn’t really happen, that is how it ends, without the details of Walter's role.

I guess so. I mean it wasn't terrible bad it was watchable but it wasn't great.

Nice to see some of the cast keep getting new acting gigs.

Joshua Jackson is in the series Dr Death
