Free showing TURNED ME AWAY!!!

So, I got the iMax for my "free 2 tickets" to a "private screening" a full hour and a half early last night, only to see a line of people wrapped around four times to the entrance (apparently they send out a lot of these things). Anyway, I didn't get to see it... but I was definitely moved to see that many people in line for a Star Trek movie. I wasn't even upset! I'll see it on Sunday .

Ah, so they just spammed out a bunch of free tickets? Not a bad strategy but I feel for you man. I'll be seeing it in 2 hours! Not in IMAX though.

I made sure that my 10pm / Friday showing was in the largest theater. Supposedly it holds about 400 people. I can't wait.

I always see the biggest blockbusters in the biggest theaters. That is important for me.

We once had free tickets to an IMAX screening of a "Dreamworks Production" but also were turned away, we were late. We later found out the film being previewed was Kung Fu Panda.

We received complimentary tickets to any other screening of our choice for out time.

If I were you, I would have been dissapointed I didn't get to see it, but I wouldn't be upset about! At least people really want to see this!

Actually, that's how I felt . I'm going to see it this weekend at the IMAX if I can get tickets.
