9:00-9:30 PM NEW GIRL

9:00-10:00 PM GLEE

FRIDAY

HELL’S KITCHEN returns in midseason.

ANIMATION DOMINATION HIGH-DEF(new) will join late-prime in 2013.

8:30-9:00 PM BOB’S BURGERS
9:00-9:30 PM FAMILY GUY
9:30-10:00 PM AMERICAN DAD

Now that they've moved Seinfeld reruns to another channel I have no reason to even keep Fox on my programmed channel list.

Well, based on that schedule, the only thing I look forward to next year on Fox is Football and the various other Fox Sports stuff. I might even be done with Glee after this season, as I might not be feeling the show anymore.

Monday
Bones has lost its core audience so The Mob Doctor, which not only sounds stupid will struggle to find any audience.

Tuesday
Raising Hope cannot anchor the night and I bet the entre lineup collaspes with only New Girl pulling in half decent numbers.

Wednesday/Thursday
X Factor will probably pull in similar numbers to last season though Glee might see a modest boost for the first few episodes. If Glee's yearly erosion holds then it will probably only live for more 1 season after the next.

Friday
Bye Bye Touch and Fringe wil probably remain in the 1.0-1.2 range until the finale.

Sunday
More erosion from the animated block.

Same here. I still watch Bones too, but it's not appointment TV by any stretch of the imagination.

Full length trailers, now we're talking!

The Following: Hmmm...there's something missing, namely a good reason why a serial killer would attract groupies (for some reason other than, they're a pack of dolts). Is he some kind of master of mind control? I'll watch for a while to see if any sensible explanation emerges. Maybe they should just go for a sci fi angle.

Also, James Purefoy should stop trying to imitate an American accent. It's not necessary to the role as far as I can see, and the fact that he can't really pull it off is distracting.

Mob Doctor
: It's got a lot of energy, but a big fat logic problem: how are we supposed to sympathize with this stupid doctor who thought she could work for the mob, yet never be called upon to kill anyone? Idiot! Either she needs to be amoral (and on cable) or have a good excuse (and not some cliche like the mob kidnapped her son). Pass.

Goodwin Games: Ya had me, and then ya lost me! Halfway into the clip, it was shaping up to be a nice, savage, dark comedy and then it took a left turn into Hallmark Card territory. A perfect illustration of why I can't stomach broadcast comedies. I'll stick with Archer. Pass.

The other sitcoms: ergh, didn't even get past the 30 sec mark.

So far, it looks like the networks are doing best to ensure my poor DVR won't be overworked. :rommie:

Seems like they canned The Finder too, damn.

Oh well, Bones represents the single show I'll watch on Fox anymore.

Like NBC there isn't anything on the fall schedule I'm interested in watching. The Following I plan to check out in the winter but that promo sorta makes it out to be kind of formulaic in the sense you've got a former agent who got too invested in a serial killer, was an alcoholic, the bad guy is an evil genius, the bad guy escapes, the bad guy has a personal grudge/relationship with the pursuer and turns it into a personal cat and mouse game etc etc. Hopefully it can become something that rises above that otherwise it is just going to be essentially another cop show and I'll drop it quickly.
