The sources are unlikely to be independent, though, at least the first two. The unabridged text, from Source 3, does match a photo of the plaque I found on Andrew Probert's public photo album, while looking at another image he'd linked to on a forum. Since Probert may not have intended for it to be forum-public, I won't repost the photo for the time being. (I like to be on the safe side with such things.)
Of particular interest is the commissioning stardate of 41025.5, which could be rationalized as being different from the launch stardate of 40759.5, since the two versions of the plaque do use different terms. However, I'm not sure that Mike Okuda had a clear distinction in mind. (The stardate isn't fully legible on the plaque photo, but it does look consistent with this text.)
