I blame it all on Clark. He never visited him after he left Smallville.

I knew that was coming LOL, if it wasn't from you it was going to be from me.

They ban Four Loko because young people were drinking them instead of going after the stores selling them to minors. They also banned it for "bad food additives", but once again cigarettes has them and tobacco is a food (it's an herb).

There's a lot of conspiracy theories about liquor commissions or whatever getting rid of them for not falling in line.

I'm 25 and think it's a stupid idea. However that makes sense. Tobacco is huge business and the FDA and lawmakers are paid off. Corn is a huge business so the FDA bans sweet herb.

The government needs to stay the hell out of everyone's business. We have no money or room to stick non violent drug users.
