For Windows 10 PC which data backup software to use?

What would you recommend for PC Windows 10 OS to use for data backup software?

Sure there are different strategies such as
multiple versions of your computer backups so you can recover to a previous state

on-site multiple HDD
off-site HDD
cloud storage.
I am specifically interested in the backup software to use for the incremental data once you do the bulk of your data. The maintenance if-you-will. weekly, monthly. I've heard Acronis True Image by some and also that it is a job by others. I want to pay for the software once, not a reoccurring license. Recommendations?

I use the free version of SyncBack. http://www.2brightsparks.com/syncback/syncback-hub.html

The nice thing about the backups is that they are stored in the same directory structure as on the original drive, and are accessible. You don't have to spend time extracting the files out of some kind of big monolithic backup file.

This is for data back up only, of course, not the OS. Windows 10 already makes it easy to restore or repair your OS.
