Some 42,000 customers will be compensated for having very slow broadband speeds due to misleading or false advertising by Telstra who were selling NBN plans listing one speed and customers only getting a fraction of the advertised speeds. Seems also that a lot of other internet providers use the same kind of advertising and so this might all change with providers due to this case.
