Follow-up to A Time to Harvest? (spoilers)

I've just finished reading the fourth in the A Time To ... series, Harvest, and it practically screams "sequel, sequel, sequel".

The ending, with Picard and crew preparing to leave the Dokaalans behind, and crews from the SCE, Terraform Command, and whoever else is on the Musgrave, coming to help the Dokaalans rebuild after the Satarrans' plot was foiled, seems ripe for at least another book.

Has there been any story in the SCE, or elsewhere, that directly follows this up? (I'm guessing the other duologies in the A Time To series may reference the events, but not necessarily follow up on them)

Not in the SCE series, certainly, since Harvest takes place several years after the current timeline of the series.

I assume you mean that in the good way?

We left things in a "Maybe we can revisit this someday" manner, and included references to the S.C.E. because we were very much involved with that series at the same time and thought it might provide an opportunity to revisit the Dokaalan. That said, we never did put any serious thought to such a story, as we got involved with other projects. Also, as Keith noted, the ATT books take place at point in time after the SCE/CoE books, so it'd be a while before that series would be ready for such a story, anyway.

So, I guess it all boils down to, "Maybe one of these days."
