Flashback uniform fit problem

It's too low. How sloppy of the costuming department. Just... chalk it up to the over all attention (or lack thereof) to detail Voyager exhibited.

In the vein of Janeway's uniform- did anybody else notice that it shortened in the final episode from the time she first went to get the temporal whatever from the Klingon and the second time? It looked better longer in my opinion. (I don't have photos but if you watch the episode you'll see what I'm talking about.)

Which is strange considering the rest of the crew seemed to be in proper attire, even Rand who Janeway obstensibly stole the her clothes from.
 
At the risk of sounding sexist or chauvinistic, could it be because the rest of them were more...top heavy...than Kate Mulgrew and the costume department didn't bother to tailor her uniform, or just didn't have the time to?
 
It was probably ill-fittin' on purpose, since she "stole" the uniform from Rand so she could be undercover in Tuvok's memory.

Ditto on the "stolen" uniform thing. This way, it looks like it's not hers. And I think Mulgrew is more petite, not just "on top," but in general, she has a tiny frame.

That was one of the things that was supposed to be something about Janeway--that this tiny woman had such a command presence.
 
Actually, I don't think the neck line is too low. I think its that her turtle neck is too small. It doesn't go nearly as high (or as low) on her as the other ladies you depicted.

Exactly. And I fail to see how that wouldn't be obvious to anyone who has actually watched the episode. :confused:

I have noticed that Withers just stalks the Voyager forum and complains at nearly every thread. If you don't like the show, then there is no need to comment on it. Go some where else.

If you watched the episode like someone else mentioned, Janeway stole the uniform from a woman who was bigger than her, simple answer.
