Are movies allowed? If so for me it's Star Trek The Motion Picture came out when I was 2.

There weren't any new episodes on the telly until I was 10 and that would be the pilot episode of TNG.

"Where No Man Has Gone Before" but I was too young to appreciate it when it first aired. And we didn't have a television anyway. I don't remember what I happened to watch first, but it would have been TOS in the reruns in the afternoon after school in the early 1970s.

First one would probably be an episode of the Animated series - though I only saw that when it came out on DVD.
First new one, The Motion Picture if films are allowed. If not, Encounter at Farpoint

I don't remember what the first episode I actually saw was though (Pretty sure it was season 2, as Chekov was in it - but beyond that, I don't remember)
