Hello Guys, I need a little advice and direction here....I'm 38 years old 5'10 tall and I weigh 113 pounds. Yes only 113 pounds, Yes I'm male. anyway, I've haven't really tried a regular exercise regimen since I've been in highschool. I weighed even less back then, and I tried the whole pushups/situps, weightlifting while drinking protein shakes thing, it did help some, but back then I had delusions of grandeur about how big I could get. I'm looking to get back into working out, Now that I'm older and wiser I know I'll never be huge nor do I really have I desire for it. I'm really looking to get more energy back, improve my attitude, and increase my endurance/stamina. If I tone up in the process and gain a few pounds of muscle, I won't complain. I'm on a tight budget, I can't afford supplement's at the heath store or weekly trips to GNC, I'm going to sign up at the YMCA here, Also, I had a car accident 5 years ago where I broke Both shoulders, I haven't been very active scince then, I don't have any pins, plates, screws, but I'd still like to start out easy. ANY diet, workout advice or weblinks would be helpful, alot of stuff I'm seeing online revolves around straight up wieghtlifting or wieght loss....so I could really use some help getting started...Thanks in advance Guys.
