The Borg Queen is our winner.
Kind of an upset over Seska, in my opinion. I figured Seska would pull it off. Both were good characters though.
One thing I noticed is that pretty much all of the good villains were featured in the season finales. It's too bad the good writing in the season finales didn't extend to the rest of the season episodes.

But Seska got laid by Chakotay! :thumbsup: And she managed to screw the Voyager crew without resorting to an overwhelmingly powerful army as backup.

I voted Seska. But I would have voted for the Borg Queen if we were talking Alice Krige instead of Susanna Thompson.

Be hard to vote for the Borg Queen when in every instance it is Janeway who picked the fight.

This is true, but I think in Janeway's eyes the Queen was a bully. She was the leader of the Federation's greatest enemy. She needed to be dealt with.
