After buying Pixar, and Marvel, and the entire Star Wars franchise, could Star Trek be far away? That was the subject of an online article concocted for April Fool's Day this year, and we wondered just what that combination might be like - what might the Great Mouse of the Galaxy do with all the concept and all the history of Star Trek (after all, they used pretty much only the title and the character names from Big Hero 6 ). So our artists became 'The Saucerer's Apprentice' (so to speak) this month and Disneyfied things, just a bit. It's still Star Trek, after all ...

Now, for two days, get in line for the ride and cast your vote - who gets the Golden Mouse? The winner gets to create the next attraction for May - it theme's only fair .

Since this one is over, here's the other idea I had that I just didn't have the skills or time for. (Maybe someone else does?) In Disney's Haunted Mansion, there's four portraits in the stretching room. I wanted to take the one that has the three men on each others shoulders in quicksand, and recreate that with Kirk, Spock, and McCoy in a pile of man-eating tribbles!
