The winner in the runner-up poll was Gul Madred.

Locutus was eliminated in the last poll, so that just leaves Q and the Borg to fight it out, in order to decide who the best antagonist is.

My vote goes to Q.

Q isn't really an antagonist so I voted Borg.

I think in the end Q was basically screwing around while the Borg meant business for real.

I had to vote for the Borg. Q may be dangerous and annoying, but also quite adorable. The Borg however were really scary before they got tamer on Voyager.
