You hit that right on the head mate I was explicitly channeling the Excelsior on this ship's scheme.

Fantastic design! With the utilitarian looking secondary hull and those blue accents it reminds me a bit of the Yeager-Class from DS9, but if it were nicer looking and more thought out.
