Or two separable Spheres for explorations, or an auxiliary bridge option if need be...Or a sphere full of labs...I dunno lol I just have played with the shape a while ago, and though I'd finally do something with it.

Beautiful work. It immediately reminded me of the P-38....and the initial reaction that the Japanese had to it:

"It is not fair. One man is able to fly two airplanes!"

I guess two command hulls can be useful.. one hull to command the ship and the other one to command a fleet or so..

An interesting concept. I'm imagining one of those hulls to hold top secret, highly classified research and/or dangerous experiments - easy to cut off from the main ship to prevent security/safety concerns.

That lower-left sketch on the shape studies image looks for all the world like the head of a praying mantis or dragonfly giving somebody the side-eye - I love it!

Edit: I have changed this, but I think people are MUCH too quick to make the absolute wrong assumption. As someone who followed the show about Abby and Brittany, I have nothing but the utmost respect for them. My post was in absolute warmth and NOT derogatory in ANY way. You know what they say happens when people assume....

@TrickyDickie, please try to be a little more thoughtful with what you are posting and in what context. Of course there's nothing wrong with posting an image of conjoined twins per se, but in the context of a completely unrelated art thread about a fictional spaceship design it seems rather incongruous and insensitive to post a pic of two very real people who wouldn't really appreciate being brought up as a humorous comparison.
