It appears we had a tie for the February challenge, so I'm instituting a run off, which begins as soon as this thread is posted, and voting will last until March 7 at 5:42pm. Each voter will be allowed two votes to hopefully prevent a tie.
My apologies for not doing this sooner. I've had some other committments that got in the way of this. I do want to thank everyone for participating in either submitting entries, reading, or voting.
Note to moderators: I would like to extend the voting time to 11:59pm on March 7. The poll has given me a time of 5:42 for the poll closure. If possible I would like to extent that out. If that isn't possible, 5:42pm on March 7 is the time the poll closes. I would advise voters to assume that 5:42pm is the closing time unless otherwise notified.
