This one has a special place in my heart, because in those heady pre-internet days of the mid-90s this was the very first glimpse we had of the Enterprise-E. I remember seeing it as a full-page advert in a computer magazine, I tore the page out and kept it in a folder in my school bag to show any Trekkie friends. It was VERY exciting at the time!
Now imagine this same cast from that period as a sitcom about a group of actors doing Star Trek so it would be canon and also true to life kind of, since they are playing themselves basically. Kind of like Friends.
I remember that one, gave me chills back then and still does now.
So brilliant that they used the concept that was in the film and Leonard Nimoy's voice over, chills.
Not sure about the 20th Century welding parts. Other than that brilliant trailer, and yes they did build her on the ground too in the movie, which I love as well.
