Murray Gold has done an awesome job with the soundtrack for 4 seasons. My copy of the season 4 soundtrack arrived today...I love Song Of Freedom.

I do have one question for those who have listened to the Series 4 soundtrack:

In "Partners in Crime," there's a pretty sweet song playing while Donna muses about the Doctor to Wilf by his telescope. The song was just a tender granddaughter + grandfather moment overall. Is this in the soundtrack? (please say yes!)

I haven't seen the episode in a while (the season 4 box set just came out today and I haven't been to town yet) but the answer would be "I think so" - it's the third track, "Life Among The Distant Stars"

Three of them. The first two are the Boe themes from the season 1-2 cd, and from the season 3 cd.

The last is from "Partners in Crime". It's the music from the end of of the episode, when Donna is talking with the blond girl and runs off. Rose turns to the camera and the music gets all boingy and important. I like that bit of music but I don't think it's on the season 4 cd.
