As much as I enjoyed 11's for me the best is 9's. It perfectly summed up the Ninth Doctor, and the glorious return of Doctor Who to tv.

It's a teeny bit unfair on Hartnell, as that wasn't his last words in the script; his last words got dropped from the studio session because they were running behind time (the actual change had been recorded at the start of the studio session, which was one of the reasons they were already bhind schedule).
As scripted, Hartnell's last words, leaning over the TARDIS console, would have been something like "No, I can't go through with it. I won't. You can't..."

Seriously, Six's last line is definitively not fucking "carrot juice". I hate when people say that.

And personally, nothing quite beats "Physician, heal thyself." Its almost bewildering that no one ever used that line for a regeneration scene, ever before.

While that may be technically true, I think it sucks that his last words were a call back to that idiotic Mel enforced exercise scene, which (from what I could tell) was only there to take a jab at Colin Baker for gaining weight. God forbid they let The Doctor go out with some dignity :sigh:

Well, now that we have the Sixth Doctor's regeneration story, would someone kindly put up his actual last words?

Eleven's parting words nearly moved me to tears, delivered perfectly by Matt, so that narrowly pips Ten's 'I don't want to go.'
