The Mac port of Quest for Glory 1 was awesome. I've always wanted to get the other games in the series up and running on Virtual PC and finish them......
Plus of course TIE Fighter. Still play that now and then on my OS9 machine at my family's home. I'm not sure it's *quite* old enough to qualify as a DOS game, but it's close.
4D boxing
Tie fighter (It was definitely a Dos game. I still have the boot disks to prove it.)
Gorilla gorilla
Space warz
Scorched Earth
All the old Sierra adventure games
Doom and Duke Nukem
The Incredible Machine
^ Ooh yes, I still play Scorched Earth sometimes when I'm bored, and I loved The Incredible Machine too. Also the early entries in the Lemmings series.
I still play some crazy old golf and curling games in dos too...
I liked King's Quest 1-3 a lot too.
And I remember having playing Larry 1 on my mum's computer even before I learned english - with a walkthrough on my lap typing the words letter by letter without really knowing what's going on, but I loved it.
Jagged Alliance was one of my favourite games also, first game I bought myself. It is even still (somewhat) fun to play now.
