Favorite Character From TOS

I thought I do this since I did one for the other threads. Who is your favorite chacter from The Orginal Series? It can be from the show, animaited cartoon, movies or whatever else. I'll will start first. My favorites are: Kirk,Spock and McCoy. I just love the trio espicaly Kirk and Spock! I loved them since I was young and it has never seemed to fade.

I'm a bit of a Kirkologist , but you're right - the Big Three just belong together. And I've always liked Scotty a lot, and Uhura. Ah, can't help it - love 'em all.

I voted for Kirk, Spock, and Scotty. I always thought that if Bones wasn't there, Scotty could've filled his role. That and I just like Scotty, but Kirk and Spock are, well, Kirk and Spock.

I went with Spock as my main favorite with Scotty and Bones coming in at 2 and 3.

It's just way too tough to decide between the trio. I've always admired Bones' heart, Spock's brain, and Jim's leadership. But my favorite character (and I only call this a character because they are all practically the same) would have to be the expendable babe that Kirk meets in every episode. Hell to the yes.

Mr. Spock was my favorite character by far when I was a kid, because he's a great character to identify with if you're a brainy, shy kid.

Then when I hit college and got more assertive I found that Kirk became my favorite character.

Then as I got older I felt that McCoy had the best lines and I really liked his attitude, and I felt that he was my favorite.

So I guess I'm working though the whole cast. Probably next year I'll say that Chekov is my favorite.

Spock 'cause I'm female. McCoy was a close second because I could really identify with him. Temperamentally, I'm very much a McCoy. In my teens, when I began watching Trek, I even had thoughts of being a doctor. (Not due to Star Trek, I thought about it before I even began watching Trek.)

Kirk resembled my dad in looks too much. I liked him as Captain, of course, but he didn't make the heart go pit-a-pat.

McCoy. When you're up in space having all sorts of crazy adventures you need that down-to-earth no-nonsense attitude.
