Fan Production Newbie - Help!

So I'm just getting my feet wet in fan productions. What are some of the best that I should watch?

Just be opened minded. Some start out on the rough side. Most all of them get better with time. I have supported many Kickstarter events for fan films and will do so in the furture.

I know nothing. Enlighten me. All I've run across so far is TOS era stuff.

Here's one written by our own Dennis, and which I helped get to the finish line, Be aware it was shot in 2004, and while it was arguably the highest production value fanfilm of that era (even had people from the Mike Judge film Idiocricy helping out), albeit times have changed in terms of TV tech.

Holy crap! Just watched this - it is on a par with City on the Edge of Forever, The Inner Light and Children of Time. Really superior work. I am blown away. I just had no idea there was material of this quality. Thank you to the producers.
