A couple weeks ago on the Sci Fi Surplus Podcast we did a focus on (mostly Trek) Fan Films and Audio Dramas. It was certainly not comprehensive, personally I think the fellow leading the discussion focused a bit too much on Star Trek: of Gods and Men, and I didn't get to talk enough about some series (like Farragut, which I wanted to push more) but we mentioned a lot of the great productions seen on this board, and I put links to a lot of stuff in the show notes.
