Didn't see a thread about this but I just had to say not only was last nights episode better than usual I about fell out of my seat laughing when Perter started singing Suddenly by Billy Ocean with such feeling. Not to mention Quagmires super left arm!

Freaking hilarious. :guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw:

Family Goy? Proofread my man. Proofread!

Pretty funny episode. The funniest bit for me was the 'cats fighting for territory'. It took me a good minute to compose myself.

I know the show is Family Guy thank you very much. The title of the episode was "Family Goy". Get with it man!

This episode reminded me a lot more of the pre-cancellation days. Which is always good. They also brought back some of the characters from the 'banned' episode which I don't believe ever aired on FOX, 'When You Wish Upon a Weinstein'.

I missed last night's episode, but I have to admit that the season premiere was substantially better than last season. It would be nice to see the show actually get funny again.

Agreed about the season premiere. That one had me laughing my ass off, and I thought the Disney-animated Peter was pretty funny.

^yeah, but they put alot more into thier "the road to..." episodes, they have become the exception rather than the rule, and it's because "The Road To..." episodes are whole episodes, instead of;

5 seconds of plot, 80's refrence, 3 minutes of Peter's retardedness, 80's refrence, 80's refrence, Gay Stewie, Quagmire, 80's refrence, 10 seconds of plot, 80's refrence, Meg Bashing, 80's refrence, 2 minutes of plot, More Meg Bashing, 80' musical clip, usualy done by Peter, More Gay Stewie, happy ending.

The Empire Strikes Back episode is set to air 5-16-10. Number 21 in the season.

Wasn't it suppose to be last season's season finale? And then this season's premiere? Why do they keep pushing it back?

We should review all 3 Seth Macfarlane shows..

The Cleveland Show...Better than the pilot but still needs something to make it it's own and not just a "Black" version of Family Guy.

Family Guy..It was ok and had some funny bits..but I wish Seth would back off the Religious stuff...it get's old after awhile..yes yes Seth your a atheist and hate Christianity and The Catholic church ok we get it.:lol:

American Dad..The funniest of the night...at first I didn't care for AD but it's really has come into it's own and that's the clue TCS needs to have..be your own show not just a clone of FG.:techman:

You got me. I'm an ass ;)

This episode was bad. Just a retread of Family Guy's usual bashing. Look, I'm not a religious guy myself, but when you go around shoving atheism down everyone's throats like Family Guy has been you're just as bad as people who shove their religions in your face.

This time around they are picking on on the Jews. This was already done better and funnier in When You Wish Upon A Weinstein. And really, that episode was less offensive as well.

The whole episode felt like a belated sequel to that earlier episode from the pre-cancellation days. Many of the Jewish characters (excluding Mort) had not appeared since then (Max Weinstein, the Rabbi voiced by Ben Stein).

I liked the ep. But I do have to agree with Peter and the gang as being totally surprised that Glen is perhaps the last person to discover internet pron. I had always assumed he knew about it all along :devil::devil::devil:

"Peter, we're not having sex! I just told you I have a lump!"
"Yeah, well I have a lump too, and mine's easier to get rid of"

:lol:

The scenes with Quagmire were funny as hell.

I loved the short bit with Meg walking into the Bathroom, and peter throwing the cutout up against the glass with the hands beside it. That. Was. BRILLIANT XD

I agree. It was probably the first time I had really laughed a FG gag since I saw the first act of "I Dream of Jesus" at Comic-Con last year.
