Faction Paradox canon-welded Hellraisers I & II into the Whoniverse. What about Candyman/Nightbreed?

Since the 8th Doctor spin-off Faction Paradox canon-welded Hellraisers I & II into the Whoniverse I say the first Candyman and the director's cut of Nightbreed should count too.

The Mary Shelley episode firmly established that ghosts do in fact exist in the Whoniverse.
And Nightbreed made it seem as though there weren't a whole lot of Nightbreed to begin with. And now there were only a handful left after centuries of persecution. So that can easily fit too.

"The truth is the world is so much stranger than that. So much darker. So much madder. And so much better."
Yay? Nay? Indifference?

Indifference.
Isn't it just some fan work anyway?

No. Lawrence Miles' Faction Paradox (like Paul Cornell's Bernice Summerfield, Paul Magrs' Iris Wildthyme and Philip Purser-Hallard's The City of the Saved) is a creator-owned indie spin-off. Miles' is spun-off from his 8th Doctor BBC novels.

Gotcha. I'll admit, I thought Bernice was a "sort of, but not really" Who spin-off, and thought this was the same.

In what way does Hellraiser tie in to it?

bought his books Interference I & II which revolved around the faction paradox together and never got more than part way through the first.

weren't the Doctor/Master/Timelords supposed to be in it but not named as such because of copyright reasons?
