OK, so Tom MBE (Member of the Baker Empire) was, to put it mildly, a bit of a dick during his tenure on the show - which I believe he has admitted with good humour and humility.
But I do wonder about his face in the credits as seen here:
It's not the most... flattering. His earlier appearance in the credits looked a bit flat, but at least captured the alienness. This looks like - to go a bit Joe Wilkinson - like he's having a tricky poo.
So was this a subtle way of the production team getting back at him for being a prat? Or was he being a prat and not giving a better shot to use?
Or did someone actually think it was OK?
I may be being a prat. I've had a bottle of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, but at least not Noilly Prat.
