Ever tasted breast milk?

Has anyone here ever tasted (human) breast milk?

Well, earlier today I had the opportunity. Sadly, not "straight from the tap" but breast milk none-the-less.

Got to say, not too impressed. Granted, I'm not the target audience for it but it kind of tasted like water down soy milk with a hint of sweetness.

So, have you ever tried human breast milk?

Ok, other than when you were an infant. Have you ever tasted breast milk in your adult life?

I breastfed both my kids, so, yeah, I've tasted the milk my body produced for my kids.

I have on a few occasions. The first time was do to "things" getting a little out of hand during a romantic encounter just after my first son was born. The second was not too long after that while up with said infant son at 3:30 in the morning. He was having his bottle, I made a cup of coffee and there was no milk or creamer in the 'frig. At that early, sleep deprived hour, I figured, if it was good for him, what the hell. Didn't have to add that much sugar to my coffee too.

Q2

I'm wondering if there's a market for human breast milk. Set up a mobile milking parlour to visit sink estates, and pay single mothers on the dole to relieve them of their spare lactations. A bit like wet nurses in the days of yore.

No thanks, I'll pass -- but it's a handy hint for those who wish to try every experience in life -- apart from incest and folk dancing, of course.

Whenever someone mentions breast milk, it always reminds me of this Little Britain sketch:
