Entire TNG cast to reunite in Calgary in April

The organizers of the Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo have just announced that the (nearly) complete original cast of TNG - Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, Martina Sirtis, Michael Dorn, Wil Wheaton, Levar Burton, Brent Spiner and Gates McFadden will be reuniting for a 25th anniversary appearance during the event on April 27-29.

According to the report this is the first time the original cast has been together at an event since the show ended in 1994.

PS. Once upon a time there was a "submit news" feature with regards to the Trek Today news page. I can't find it anymore, so I'll let you forward this to the appropriate power-that-be.

Cool...not that I can afford to go, or anything, but its nice to know they're gettin' the entire main cast together, and not leavin' her out.
 
Yeah, a major correction to my original post - the Calgary Sun omitted Denise Crosby, but the Calgary Herald and Expo sites say Crosby too. I thought that looked a bit odd she wasn't listed. And it's supposed to be the original cast, which is why no Whoopi or Diana Muldaur. But having said that, Expo is known for adding stars often the day the event starts (as fans of Erin Gray found out last year - and with Gil Gerard here this year, and Erin being one of the booking agents for these stars, I'm half expecting to see a bonus Buck Rogers reunion too), so who knows if we might not get some bonus.

Hmm, this is relatively close to me. I may have to make the trip to see it :)

I can tell Brent Spiner in person he's an ass, but I still like him :)
