Enterprise Toy Help Request

I've been searching for a vintage Enterprise on eBay, but I don't know what it is called. I only saw it once, in 1979 or 1980.

It was an Enterprise ship model on some kind of stick or rod that was attached to a base, and when it was turned on the Enterprise "flew" in circles. Does anyone remember this? Many thanks.
