Season's greetings, one and all. Thanks for all the votes last round. In an effort to get into the spirit of the times, I've decided that this week's contest will revolve around your favourite holiday movies or specials. Is there one particular film that makes the holidays feel complete for you? Is watching it a ritual for you, a must-do this time of year? If so, post an image from it here. This certainly doesn't need to be anything traditional -- in fact, you can make it as unconventional as you'd like. I'll even open it up to sci-fi/fantasy entries this time around. My ongoing internet connection problems seem to be preventing me from uploading to my Photobucket account, so I won't be entering just yet (if at all), but I hope to do so soon. I'll put up the poll some time on the 26th, I think. Standard avatar rules apply. Have fun!
Outstanding! And one of my favorites. My entry: "The Bishop's Wife," with Cary Grant, Loretta Young, and David Niven. It's on TCM tonight...
"When Harry Met SAlly"? A dead guy in a chair? How the fuck is it I'm first[/b] on this holiday classic:
^ Zion is back! It's a Christmas miracle! Okay, I'm still having a ton of connection problems (plus I'm just plain swamped), so would someone else please, please, please be able to post the voting thread for me? I'd be ever so grateful. Thanks.
