In honor of Halloween being just around the corner, I thought we'd honor all the movies and tv shows that gave us nightmares, creeped us out and rattled our proverbial cages. Any horror, thriller, and/or fantasy film/tv show that messed with your sleep or scared the beegeezus out of you will do nicely. So, Twilight Zone, Night Gallery, Dracula, The Exorcist, Jaws, Poltergeist, etc, will all fit the bill.

Standard av bbs rules apply. I'll put the contest up on Tuesday.

I'll go with the one that always stands out in my mind;this scene creeped me out when I was young.

I must've had some repressed childhood memories of being terrorized or something, because the first thing I thought of was the Punky Brewster Halloween episode.

As much as I love Raiders of the Lost Ark, I couldn't bring myself to watch this scene for the longest time when I was a kid. I remember in the 6th grade when my class watched the movie during a pre-summer vacation party, I conveniently took a bathroom break just before the scene came on.

Donovan rapidly aging into a corpse at the end of Last Crusade also scared the hell out of me back then too.
