I dunno. My rationale was that the category is DS9 Theme, not Trek Theme...but I can replace it if told to.

He wasn't a villain in Second Chances though.

He was the antagonist, though. He threatened Riker's way of thinkin', and identity, and got to boff Troi.

But just throwin' in my two cents, I'm not the one runnin' the contest.
