I know that some of these characters aren't "bad guys" per se, but they were the primary antagonists in the episodes that featured them. That's why they're on the poll.

I agree wholeheartedly that it is difficult to choose just one.

Looks like Species 8472 is winning so far, which is what I predicted. I figured either they or the Borg would take the crown this season.

I'd say the Krenim. Although it was condensed - they caused them a Year of Hell before they came up with a fix.

They neutered 8472 and the Borg after about three days.
