EMH in the Kelvin Timeline

Do you guys think the EMH was designed earlier in the Kelvin Timeline or do you think the EMH was still made in the 24th century of the KT?

In a world with cybernetically-enhanced Starfleet officers and Yorktown station, anything's possible.

I don't think we've actually seen holograms yet, though. They're in Discovery (as a means of communication a la one or two episodes of Deep Space Nine) but I think their only appearance in the Kelvin movies is in commercials where the bridge and academy has holographic interfaces.
