Emergency Medical Hologram in future Trek ?

Or maybe a pre-Voyager version.

Anyone remember Max Headroom? Not only would he be animated into the scene, he would be BADLY animated in to the scene, stutter, frequent "resets," cheesy 1980's hair and clothes.
