Just to advise that for some reason our ISP have displeased AT&T and the mail server is blacklisted (it's not blacklisted anywhere else). So if you have an email address hosted by AT&T then you probably won't be getting email alerts, etc. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon (ahem), but it seems even the odd Google mail server has a fallen foul of them. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
