There was rumors of a TDK game but thankfully it turned out to be false.

Actually there was a Dark Knight game in development from Pandemic Studios but apparently it was a complete mess and ultimately canceled.

I don't see what they are worried about, i tried the demo and the game looked very polished and the demo was a lot of fun to play, they may shoot themselves in the foot with this action.
