Looking for an easy (and cheap) way of subtitling long videos for the web. I've used Flash before but I was wondering if there's an easier way to do it. Most of the existing videos are .mov or .flv but I can just as easily do mp4. I've got Final Cut Express which has a titles program with it which looks too clunky to use for subtitles but I like the way you can fit it all onto the timeline without having to faff around with long cued textfiles.
