thought this was interesting, too - from the gettysburg (PA) times of january 28 1967, this is their listing for thursday february 2's episode.
no ST episode aired on february 2, and "the alternative factor" wasn't aired until march 30. the episode must have originally been scheduled for thursday 2/2 - here's the fallout from the barrymore no show, in...uhhh...black and white.

Reading that summary made me realize that, if I read it without knowing about the episode, I might have thought it was a joke. "That couldn't possibly be a real ST episode, could it?"
