Well, I'll just list what I think the best ones are myself since honestly, I try to shut out the bad ones. And these are all off the top of my head, though I'm pretty sure about all of them except Picard and Data.

Riker - The Pegasus

Worf - Parallels
Troi - Face of the Enemy, aka "the good Troi episode"
Geordi - The Next Phase (alongside Ensign Ro)
Crusher - Suspicions or Remember me, can't decide which
Wes - The First Duty, no question
