This month's issue of JSA All-Stars (#17) seems to feature something of a Doctor Who pastiche. Turn to the first page and you'll see a "mad scientist" messing about in a room with a control console and column - and wall roundels - that ought to look very familiar.
Turns out this female character is called Dr. Hate and she's messing about with time travel. Probably a riff on the Rani.
