One thing about the revival of the series has really struck me of late---the merchandising. As a kid, just getting the plastic, color-changing Doctor Who fan club badge in the mail was a HUGE deal; there was hardly ANY Doctor Who stuff for sale in the US. Finding the rare paperback in the bookstore was a major accomplishment. Now? For my last birthday, I was given Tardis boots and a Tardis blanket and for Christmas, I got Tardis Christmas Lights, Doctor Who ornaments, and a large plastic Dalek. I bought a friend a set of Doctor Who dishes, and she showed me a picture of her new Doctor Who bedding. There's Doctor Who EVERYTHING!
So, in honor of the Doctor Who Merchandising Machine, this contest is devoted to all the Doctor Who stuff you can purchase these days--store-bought stuff only, not something that was constructed/made by a fan but something sold/distributed/mass marketed by stores/companies. If it's something you actually own, even better.
Standard "old" BBS rules apply, 150 x 150 max, 140 KB max. I'll put the poll up next Friday the 15th, so you have a whole week.
Here's mine, my beloved boots:
