Nothing has officially been said. Like orac said though I'd assume it was given to the Dominion. It still had access to the Klingon Information Network - at least in the season premire for S5.

Dukat upgraded. Traded in on Jem'hadar Battle Cruiser. Leather, CD, Sunroof, navigations system, Dyna Glide

why didnt the cardassians or dominion copy the cloaking technology and use it on their ships?

Dominion: could bust cloaking technology, so I'm sure that they could produce a cloaked ship. Just don't think its their MO. They're not sneaky-they are coming at you polarion phasers blazin' and fend them off or be destroyed.

Cardassians: interesting point. Their Keldons and Galores coulda have adapted a cloak (Obsidian Order's Keldons)but they might not could have used the Klingon Cloak for their ships-interface problems or whatever.

I'm sure when the Dominion tore the ship apart they must have just laughed at the Klingon's tech.

Well to be honest they are sneaky, look at all the times they cloaked while on foot and used mines that they walked right into the fed territory on foot. So why wouldn't they have cloaking tech for their ships... it doesn't make sense. Of course if they did it would just be another "Oh look another race with a cloaked ship." while them being infantry on the gorund "Oh that is cool, they are cloaked" type of thing.

Well, its NOT cloaking. Its shrouding-there's some type of difference between that and a technical cloak.

I agree. The ability to shroud was based on their use of K-white and some kinda mojo the Founders encoded them with. I standby my statement that the Dominion could have easily made a cloaked ship but simply chose not to.
